We 're happy to say we are operating as normal, but delays are still possible with the ongoing conditions.
We ship using a tracked service.
2-5 Working days for delivery:
All orders £50 & over within the UK will be shipped free of charge
Within the UK we currently offer a flat shipping rate of £4.99 for orders up to £50
Next Day delivery - order before 12pm:
Next day within UK for orders placed by 12pm - £7.99
Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Guernsey, Ireland, Italy, Jersey, Netherlands, Northern Ireland, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden & Switzerland:
£25 - takes 4-5 working days
£35 - takes 4-8 working days
If the Country you need shipping to isn't on the list above, please get in touch with us so we can give you a shipping quote.
Please note if you live outside the UK, local customs may be in touch for you to pay taxes, duties and/or charges to release your package. We do not take responsibility for any Custom Fee charges if applicable, please research if these charges apply to your Country before placing your order as it is your responsibility to pay them. If packages are refused and returned to us with unpaid taxes, this will be deducted from your order balance once received back to us.
Our returns policy is 30 days from receipt of them item(s). If 30 days have passed since your item(s) were delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund.
Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or use the contact us page to let us know you would like a refund and will advise you with your returns number.
When returning the item(s) back to us the parcel must contain:
- The item(s) you purchased from us that you wish to return in the original condition
- A note with your order number, clearly stating which item(s) you are returning and the reasons why you are returning the goods
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
You will need to pay for the postage back to us, we will refund the delivery charge if we have made an error in our dispatch or if the item you received is faulty.
We are unable to accept any responsibility for items that are lost or damaged in the post being returned to us. You must ensure that your items are securely packaged, and are sent using a Tracked service as we are not responsible for any untracked returns.
We hope you don't, but if you receive an item that is damaged or faulty please notify us through the "contact us" page or at the following email: email@example.com, within 3 days of receipt of item(s). We require photographs of the damage for our records and to make sure we can feedback on the quality.
Our customer satisfaction is important to us and it's always our intention that your items are packaged well but if the items are damaged in transit, we promise we will do everything we can to remedy the problem with an option of a full refund or exchange.
